Privacy & terms

Plain English, because the people this affects most are often young and new to this. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it rather than point at a clause.

Who we are

FACES is a board of The Diversity Agency Ltd, a modelling and talent agency registered in England and Wales, company number 10225740, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

For data protection purposes The Diversity Agency Ltd is the data controller. To ask anything about how we hold your information, or to make any of the requests below, use the contact page and mark it for the attention of the data controller.

What we collect

If you apply. What you send through the get scouted form — name, date of birth, contact details, location, measurements, social handles and the photographs. One purpose: deciding whether to invite you to meet us, and representing you if you join the board. Lawful basis: your consent when you apply, and our legitimate interest in running an agency.

If we represent you. What is needed to get you working and paid — measurements and digitals, availability, booking history, and the bank and identity details we are legally required to hold once you have signed. Lawful basis: performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations for tax and right-to-work records.

If you are a client. Your name, employer, contact details and correspondence about your enquiry or booking, including anything sent through the booking form. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering you and running the booking.

Who else sees it

Clients and casting directors see what they need to consider you for a job — pictures, measurements, availability. They do not see your contact details, your bank details or your identity documents; bookings come through us.

We use third-party services to run the agency, including our model database, our email provider and our accountants. They process data on our instructions and cannot use it for anything else.

We do not sell your information to anybody, for any purpose, ever.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent — and you can do it by email, in one line, without a form. We will not ask why.

If you applied and we did not take it further, tell us and we will delete the application and the photographs.

If you think we have got something wrong, tell us first and we will try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Terms

Bookings are confirmed in writing and governed by the booking conditions issued with each job. Fees, usage and cancellation terms are set per booking; nothing on this page varies what a signed booking confirmation says.
