We are looking for the next face on the board
No experience. No portfolio. No fee, ever. Four honest pictures off your phone and a few lines about you — that is the whole application.

What to send
Four pictures, taken this week, on the phone you already own. A headshot straight to camera. A full-length, front on. A profile. And one that is just you on a normal day.
Keep them plain — no makeup, hair back, plain clothes, plain wall, daylight, no filters. We are looking at you, not at the photograph. A good camera has never once changed our mind.
What we will never do
- Ask you to pay a fee to be represented, considered, or kept on file.
- Ask you to pay for a test shoot, portfolio or website listing.
- Ask for bank details, passport or ID before you have met us and signed.
- Ask you to send nude or lingerie photographs.
- Contact you from a free email address.
A real modelling agency earns commission on the work it books for you — it never charges you to join. Our name gets impersonated; if anyone claiming to be us breaks one of those five, it is not us. Tell us straight away, and if you are under 18 tell a parent or guardian first. Read the scam warning.
Who we are looking for
We sign for fashion, editorial, beauty, runway and commercial work. Height and measurements matter less than people think and we would rather see you than a spec sheet — send the pictures and let us decide.
We represent a genuinely diverse board and we want applications from everywhere: London, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Manchester, the North East and the wider UK. You do not need to live in London, and you do not need to have done this before.
What happens next
Every application is read by someone here. If there is something in it, you will hear from us for a short video meeting — a conversation, not an audition.
If it is not right for the board right now, we will tell you straight rather than leave you waiting. That is almost always about timing and what the board already has, not about you.
