Who we take
We take on few and we stay with them. New faces are developed, not churned — test shoots, digitals, the unglamorous groundwork — before anyone goes in front of a client who matters.
That takes longer, and it is the only way we know that builds a career rather than a booking history.
How we work
Everyone here is on the main Diversity Agency books, so digitals, measurements and availability sit in one place. A request, an option and a confirmed booking all run through the same team — nothing waits while somebody gets tracked down, and you are never handed between departments mid-job.
You will get an answer the same day. Usually within the hour.
What we book
Our models work across fashion and editorial shoots, beauty and skincare campaigns, runway, lookbooks, swimwear, lifestyle and commercial advertising — stills and moving image, in London and internationally.
We are a genuinely diverse board, and we have been since long before it was fashionable to say so. That is the whole reason The Diversity Agency exists.
What this is
FACES is the boutique board of The Diversity Agency — a London modelling agency running since 2016. The main agency carries a wide roster across commercial, e-commerce, catalogue and petite. FACES is the opposite instinct: kept deliberately small, for fashion, editorial, beauty, runway and advertising.
Small is the whole point. A big board means somebody on it is being carried. We would rather represent a few people properly than sixty occasionally.
